Positioning of the hose clamp
It’s important that the hose clamp is positioned so that at least 2 mm of the hose end
protrudes from the clamp side. This is to be sure that the hose is not pulled through
the hose clamp during axial loading.
It’s also important that the hose clamp is not placed too near or on the bulge. If it's
placed there it is a risk that the hose reinforcement can be damage.
