The corresponding part to the Twist II connector can be formed in plastic, aluminium or steel. It can be integrated in moulds, stamped or machined to give a secure joint. Drawings of the male parts are available upon request.
ABA can also provide tooling to form these male parts.
Its strongest feature is that the Twist male end form has no protruding parts. It can easily be penetrated through rubber/plastic grommets without heavy assembly forces, i.e through different zones of the car. This leads to lower cost of sealing systems between the different zones.
