Terry of Redditch Ltd. - one of the leading UK manufacturers of clamps, according to BS 5315, is acquired by ABA. In order to further develop ABA's presence in the Automotive OEM sector - ABA TeknikPartner AB - an automotive system design and engineering firm is acquired. ABA TeknikPartner AB participates actively in the further development of the ABA Safeseal Technology™. |

Gemi Schlauchsicherungssysteme GmbH founded in Berlin 1922, Gemi Czech Sro founded in 1995 as well as the well known French hose clamp company Franc S.A.S. founded in 1977, was acquired.
Also the Swedish production of rubberlined clips for the Automotive and general industry by ISCO - were acquired by the ABA Group, making us the leader in this field. |

New shareholder in the ABA Group is the English 3i Group plc, 46,5% and its investment fonds.

2003 |
The group works intensively in order to further develop new and innovative products. The first large scale production of plastic hose connectors starts. |

ABA France SAS was established January 1st, 2004 out of our former French subsidary Franc SAS.
Our Czech subsidary Gemi Czech sro changed to ABA Czech sro as per May 1st 2004, when the Czech Republic joined the European Union.
Gemi Schlauchsierungssystems GmbH inaugurates a new state-of-the-art plant in Marsberg, Germany. |

The ABA Group aquires the assets of APA Italia S.p.A. in Italy as well as the Company Carina-Technik GmbH in Germany. |

ABA Deutschland GmbH was established January 1st, 2006 out of our former German subsidary Gemi Schlauchsierungssystems GmbH.
ABA Italia S.p.A. was established January 1st, 2006 out of our former Italian subsidary Serratub S.p.A. incl. the assets of APA Italia S.p.A.
Gemi Service Team GmbH was established January 1st, 2006 out of former Carina-Technik GmbH.
